KGI Bountree Inc. was established in 2017 to offer investment and project management consulting services in South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Macau, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, USA, Canada, Philippines, and other countries.
KGI Bountree Inc., founded in 2016, is a partnership between Korea Green Industry (KGI) and Bountree-S.A. Consulting Corporation. We specialize in investment consulting and private investment banking training and have been serving strategic connections, including those formed by Ms. Janette Torralba, with investment organizations in the United States and Hong Kong since 2013.
Driven by a shared commitment to excellence, KGI Bountree Inc. aims to deliver top-notch investment consultancy and private investment banking training. With a focus on empowering our strategic alliances, we strive to foster sustainable growth and success in the global financial arena.
Now, KGI Bountree Inc. are expanding in Singapore and Malaysia in 2022 and 2024 to completely develop the bank-approved projects under the administration of Bountree Jane Pte. Limited and Bountree Jane Sdn. Bhd.

Driven by self-motivation and a strong desire to promote growth in all consulting endeavors, we contribute knowledge in private investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, strategic project planning, and clever crowdfunding approaches. Our goal is to develop investment strategies that are targeted to the specific needs of our partnerships, steering projects from idea to completion, ranging from modest beginnings to billion-dollar undertakings.
Under divine inspiration, Bountree Jane Alliances set out to establish itself as an independent real estate developer, importer, producer, and distributor of organic oils and other commodities. These attempts are intended to assist wellness initiatives and medical projects for those in need and underprivileged communities.
